This website is owned and operated by Paola Ragonesi. This document sets out the terms and conditions under which you may use this website and its services. This site offers visitors the opportunity to purchase, view or commission our miniature creations. By accessing or using this website, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of legal age defined in the state of your jurisdiction, and have the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into a binding agreement with these Terms. You may not use this website and/or receive the services provided if this is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you and your case.
When you purchase an item, you accept the following: (i) you are responsible for reading the complete list of the item/product/service before committing to buy it: (ii) you agree to enter into a legally binding contract for the purchase of an item/product/service when you commit to purchase and complete the check-out payment procedure.
The prices we charge for the use of our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. For any product, simply return it intact with the accessories and packaging included with the original receipt within 30 days of receipt of the product. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Contact us within: 14 days after delivery.
We will exchange it for another product or offer a refund based on the original payment method. Please note the following: (i) Products can only be returned to the country where they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products cannot be returned: creations made on commission.

We may, without notice, change the services; stop providing the services or functionality of the services we offer; or create limits on the services. We may interrupt or temporarily or permanently suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason or no reason.
The Service and all materials contained or transferred therein, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music and all related intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Paola Ragonesi. Except as expressly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed a license under or under these Intellectual Property Rights and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, modify or create derivative works.
We may terminate or temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, at our sole discretion, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may be required to stop using the service/site and you may also be required to cancel your account and/or services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in relation to automatically renewed subscriptions and paid services, such subscriptions will only be suspended upon expiry of the respective period for which payment has already been made.
You agree to indemnify and hold Paola Ragonesi harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, claims or expenses (including legal fees), incurred by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Paola Ragonesi be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paola Ragonesi assumes no liability for (i) errors, mistakes or inaccuracies in the content; (ii) personal injury or damage to property of any nature whatsoever resulting from access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time in our sole discretion. Therefore, you should periodically review these pages. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will inform you that important changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the terms or future versions of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Website or the Service.
You agree to receive promotional messages and materials from us from time to time by post, email or any other contact form you may provide us (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you do not wish to receive such promotional materials or notices, please let us know at any time.
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided below, and all claims and disputes relating to this and/or the Services, shall be governed by, construed and enforced for all purposes solely in accordance with the substantive internal laws of the Italian State, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought and you hereby consent to their exclusive decision by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Italy. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
